Message from the President

There is only one way to truly experience William Woods University, and that is by visiting our beautiful, historic campus to see why this is such a special place.

We asked students what led them to William Woods and why they stayed.  They told us that it was the Woods Way...the way we encourage them to dig deep within themselves to realize their dreams...the way our faculty and staff engage and challenge them...the way they benefit from service projects, campus and community involvement, our innovative LEAD program and hands-on experiences...the way they immediately connect with a close-knit family from all over the world...the way they graduate with a competitive advantage in their field.

You will quickly see that "The Woods Way" involves doing everything we can to prepare you for the rest of your life. If that is the best of your life, we have done our jobs well.
