Randall B. Cutlip Hall

Randall B. Cutlip Residence Hall, the newest residence hall on campus, is named for president emeritus, Dr. Randall B. Cutlip. It opened its doors to students in fall 2006 and provides independent gender-specific suites for male and female students. It features suite-style living and includes two study rooms, kitchen, and two community living areas.


  • Each room includes a desk, chair, dresser, and twin extra-long bed for each student
  • Common areas include flat screen television, couches, tables, end tables, chairs, and a DVD player.
  • Randall B. Cutlip quad-style common area includes a couch, lounge chair, and two end tables
  • All residence halls include laundry facilities
