Jenzabar Advisory Group (JAG)

A group of individuals representing various departments was called to action to form the Jenzabar Advisory Group (JAG). The goal of this group is to collectively bring ideas and process driven communication and clarity to the utilization of Jenzabar.

Currently there are many underutilized processes that are a part of Jenzabar and its various modules that are not being used to their maximum ability or are not used at all. The JAG group will work to bring a unified proposal process together that will assist WWU in identifying specific areas where departments can strengthen their collegial communication and effectiveness through processes with Jenzabar.

All departments who utilize Jenzabar are encouraged to have a representative work within the JAG team. If your department is not active in JAG, contact your department head to identify who is best suited to represent your department and then notify Jim Long to be added to the JAG team.

JAG is envisioning meeting on a monthly basis and will report progress and updates on a monthly basis via Today’s Rumors.This webpage is intended to organize project request forms and will include the approved procedure for all departments to follow so that JAG can be as efficient as possible.
