Guide to Usernames & Passwords

Students:

TK20, Online Classes, Library Database, Wireless, On Campus Computers, SSO - Your Woods account is the account you use to login to TK20, online classes, SSO, on-campus computers, library databases, and WWU Wireless. Your username is your first initial, middle initial and last name. For example, Sam S Student would use ssstudent for the username and the password is the six digit student ID number.

Students who registered before January 1, 2012 use the following username: First name followed by a period followed by your last name and your password is your student ID number. So, Sam Student would be Sam.Student and Sam Student’s password would be the six digit student ID number.

OWLnet (https://owlnet.williamwoods.edu/ics) - Your Owlnet username will be your student ID number. If you don’t know your password, you can retrieve it by clicking “Retrieve My Owlnet Password” on Owlnet.

Owls E-mail (login.live.com) – Your username and e-mail address will be your first initial, middle initial and last name @owls.williamwoods.edu and your password will be your student ID number. So Sam S Student’s e-mail address would be ssstudent@owls.williamwoods.edu and Sam’s password would be his six digit student ID number.

 

Faculty/Staff:

E-Mail, Woods Way, TK20, Online Classes, Library Database, SSO - Your Woods account is the account you use to login to your e-mail, TK20, Online Classes, SSO, on-campus computers, library databases, and WWU Wireless. Your username is your first name followed by a period followed by your last name and your password is your student ID number. Tom Teacher would be Tom.Teacher and Tom’s password would be the six digit employee ID number.

OWLnet (https://owlnet.williamwoods.edu/ics) - Your Owlnet username will be your employee ID number. If you don’t know your password, you can retrieve it by clicking “Retrieve My Owlnet Password” on Owlnet.
