A December 2006 graduate of William Woods University, she earned her degree in American Sign Language interpreting.
Leibman was one of 13 William Woods University students selected for Who’s Who, based on being an outstanding campus leader. A campus nominating committee and editors of the annual directory chose the students based on academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.
By being listed in “Who’s Who,” Leibman joins and elite group students from more than 2,300 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states. Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.
A member of the Chi Omega sorority, she has served as the director of career and personal development, secretary and Panhellenic representative. She was also named student of the year as a freshman. Leibman has been active in Campus Activities Board, Hands Up Club, Social Work Club, Outdoor Club and University Ambassadors. A member of Little Brother Little Sister organization, she also served as campus coordinator.
She is a member of Alpha Chi National Honorary Society, made the Dean’s List five semesters and is a member of the National Scholars Honor Society.
