All WWU fraternities and sororities—Pi Kappa Alpha, Phi Gamma Delta, Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Phi, Chi Omega and Delta Gamma—are working together to make Halloween a special event for area youngsters.
From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., the college students will dress in costumes and welcome their young visitors to Harmon (Delta Gamma) and Atkinson (Chi Omega) halls on West 12th Street.
“We’re really looking forward to it. It should be a lot of fun,” Tara Boehl, a junior from Washington, Ill., said. She plans to dress as Cruella De Vil, a character from the Disney animated movie "One Hundred and One Dalmatians." Some of her Chi Omega sorority sisters will be puppies.
