WWU Plans Remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination and his dream for equality, William Woods University is hosting “Live the Dream,” a talk by Debra Miles.

The event will be held Thursday (April 17) in room 104 of the Burton Business and Economics Building on the WWU campus, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.

Miles works for the Missouri Department of Mental Health and is a member of the Missouri History Speakers’ Bureau. She is an avid believer in Dr. King’s message and a passionate speaker on his life and his dream.
