Rebecca Eye of Kimberling City, Mo., a junior at William Woods University, has received the Portia LeFebvre Memorial Award from the university. The award is presented to the junior paralegal studies major who best demonstrates honesty, common sense, a caring personality, intelligence and a proclivity for the law.
