William Woods University students Marrtell Washington of St.
Louis, Mo.; Scott Barker of Mexico, Mo.; and Elsa Stiles of Franklin, N.C., work
on their greeting cards for nursing home residents. Earlier, in an event
sponsored by the Center for Student Involvement, students made cards for
service men and women overseas. During a project sponsored by the Student Alumni Council at

Glendale, Ariz.; Hannah Podgorski of Glastonbury, Conn.; Kayla Cardinal of
Carol Stream, Ill.; and Elsa Stiles of Franklin, N.C., create holiday cards for
residents of local nursing homes.
