Columbia student inducted into history honor society at William Woods University

Rachel Rutter of Columbia, Mo., was inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta history honor society at William Woods University during the 2012-2013 school year.
Phi Alpha Theta was founded in 1921 as the international honor society for history. To be eligible for admission, undergraduate students must complete at least 12 hours in history with at least a 3.1 GPA in those courses, earn a 3.0 or better overall GPA and be in the top 35 percent of their class.
