Download and print the reflection form (http://www.williamwoods.edu/attachments/studentlife/LEADArtResponse091023.doc).  Take form to the Cox Gallery, view the exhibit, complete the form and return the form to the gallery attendant or Art Department Division Office (KAC120).  Form must be stamped by gallery attendant in order to receive LEAD credit.  LEAD point will either be October or November and will be awarded for the month during which the form is received in the Art Department Division Office (not when dated).  The exhibit will run from October 19 to November 20 and may be viewed at any time the gallery is open. Point only awarded once. 1 Point
