Kristina Scott Bright, Marketing & Creative Director
An alumna of WWU, Kristina graduated in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in graphic design and in 2005 with a master of business administration degree. She began working for the university in 2002. She is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that enhances the university image and position within the marketplace.
She is an adjunct faculty member for WWU’s Graduate & Adult Studies program. She is the treasurer for the Callaway County Alumni Association and a member of the President’s Club. She also serves on the Callaway County Humane Society Board. KBright@WilliamWoods.edu

Mary Ann Beahon, Director of University Relations
Mary Ann brings nearly 40 years of public relations experience to the job, primarily in higher education. She has been director of University Relations at WWU since 1998. A graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor of journalism degree and the University of Kansas with an MSJ, she began her career as a newspaper reporter in Rochester, N.Y. She has held public relations positions at MU, KU and Cedars Medical Center (Miami, Fla.). Her areas of responsibility include writing, media relations, community relations and special events. She edits and proofs all university publications and serves as editor of The Woods magazine. Active in the community, she is a trustee of the Daniel Boone Regional Library. Her ties to WWU go way back. As an undergraduate at MU, she helped establish the Greek system at William Woods in 1965. MBeahon@WilliamWoods.edu

Tom Baker, Web Development Manager
Tom Baker joined the William Woods Marketing & University Relations team in September of 2008. His primary responsibility is the development of the university website, but is also enlisted as photographer for events and news stories around campus. Tom has a diverse background in information technology, web design, photography and graphic design. He is currently enrolled in WWU Graduate & Adult Studies program, pursuing a BSM. Kameron Rector, Graphic Design Coordinator
Kameron joined the WWU staff in 2008.Her role as graphic design coordinator is to work with the marketing and creative director to produce brochures, newsletters, posters, recruitment and advertising materials, ads and other publications.Kameron graduated with a BA in philosophy and a BFA, emphasis in graphic design and oil painting, from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
