Alumni weekend will be here before we know it, and it’s time to start planning! Reunite with those classmates you’ve missed and make plans to attend the 2025 WWU Alumni Weekend!

Join us for a memorable weekend reconneting with fellow alumni, celebrating achievements, and experiencing the vibrant spirit of William Woods University.
Friday, April 11
- Joint Reception: Gather with alumni from all class years to kick off the weekend.
- 5-7 PM - Westminster Gymnaisum
- Cabaret at the Woods: The music and Theatre Departments join forces to present a wide variety of music genres performed in a stripped-down format.
- 7:30 PM - Dulany Auditorium
Saturday, April 12
- Awards Luncheon: Celebrate our Grand Dames, milestone reunions, and alumni with outstanding achievements.
- 10:30 AM-12:30 PM - Tucker Dining Hall
- Class Photos
- 12:30-12:45 PM - Steps of Dulany Auditorium
- Men's Lacrosse Game: Cheer on the Owls as they face Clarke University
- 1:00 - 3:00 PM - North Campus Athletic Complex
- Greek Open Houses: Reconnect with fellow sisters and brothers of your Greek chapter.
- 1:00 - 3:00 PM - Various Chapter Houses
- Alumni Display: Discover the rich history of our WWU community and family. Explore a curated display showcasing campus life through the years.
- 1:00 - 3:00 PM - Dulany Library

- Reunion Reception: Celebrate your reunion years and relive memories, share stories and connect with fellow alumni.

- 4:00 - 6:00 PM - North Campus Athletic Complex
