Brad Gibbs

Appointed to the board in 2019, Brad Gibbs of Overland Park, Kansas has more than 20 years experience in higher education enrollment marketing leadership. He currently serves as the Executive Vice-President of Archer Education, a higher education enrollment marketing, recruitment and retention services firm that provides services to more than 200 colleges and universities.

Previously, Gibbs served as Chief Development Officer for Grantham University (Lenexa, KS), where he oversaw enrollment marketing and communications and university outreach, leading a team of 400 employees; and President of Higher Education, Chief Growth Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Plattform, another enrollment marketing firm, with offices in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Gibbs has also served as a operations board member for Plattform, board member for the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) political action committee, and was named to the 2014 40-Under-40 list in Kansas City by Ingram’s magazine.

He is a graduate of Fort Hays (KS) State University.
