Why did you choose William Woods?
When I first visited William Woods, I realized that it had exactly what I was looking for in a college. It was a small, tight-knit community, which made it feel like my high school and hometown. The professors seemed like they all cared about not just my education but also my future career after college. Finally, William Woods offered me financial help through scholarships such as the LEAD scholarship.
What campus organizations are you involved in?
Alpha Phi, Campus Activities Board, President’s Twenty
What is your favorite thing to do in Fulton?
I enjoy going out to eat with my friends, walking around the Brick District, and exploring new areas of Fulton.
What is the best LEAD event you’ve ever been to?
The best LEAD event I have ever been to was when a local resident came and talked about suicide awareness. She discussed her personal story of when her son took his own life. She discussed the importance of seeing the warning signs in both yourself and your friends. It was a very informative presentation that touched on an important topic.
