Grades and Transcripts

A transcript is a comprehensive record of the student's academic history; including but not limited to courses, final grades and cumulative grade point average (G.P.A.). Official transcripts bear the University seal and are sent directly from Office of Records to the receiving institution or agency. Transcripts sent electronically through the secure electronic delivery are considered official records. The words "Issued to Students" will appear on transcripts sent directly to the student.

William Woods University has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. Please follow the instructions below to enter your order.

The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process. Parchment has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of William Woods University and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.

Payment of the processing fee is required prior to release of all transcripts. A transcript cannot be released until all personal and financial obligations have been cleared.

  • All current and former William Woods students may click the button below to be taken directly to the application form. Students using Parchment for the first time will need to create an account prior to placing their transcript order.

Transcript requests will be processed within 3-5 business days following clearance from the Office of Student Financial Services.

Grades

Grades can only be accessed through Owlnet.

  • Current Students: Sign into Owlnet using Quicklaunch. Once in Owlnet, navigate to the Registration and Advising section of the Students tab. From here, you may view or print a copy of your unofficial transcript directly.
  • Alumni: Navigate to the Alumni section of Owlnet and log in. Once logged in, navigate to the Alumni Information section of the Alumni tab. From here, you may view or print a copy of your unofficial transcript directly.
